A great big hello to all my scrappy friends! As I was surfing the web last night I came across a great site called Stone Accents Studio. It looks like a great shop and forum, and the best part is they are having a designer contest! I'm thinking I'm going to go for it! I don't expect to win, but I feel like the experience of designing with guidelines and deadlines will be invaluable, especially since I would love to design for a shop one day.
I'll keep everyone updated as the contest gets closer and while it is going on, I'll take all the support that I can get!
Now, what I know everyone is waiting for... the newest freebie. For today I have done a quick page with the kit. It is 12"x12" .png file saved at 300 dpi.

I just found your blog thru the DST blog train... no, I was not right behind you. I just found a half hour of 'spare' time ( a minor miricle )... haha, that CAN happen to you when your kids are grown up and gone. Our dd's are in their 20's.
BOY (pun intended) you are going to have your hands FULL soon, with two boys. I wish you a ton of patience!
